Models are carefully packaged in double boxed parcels and sent from our showroom in Oxfordshire, UK, within 7-10 working days.

We offer UK postage and limited worldwide delivery; parcels can only be sent if an insured delivery option is available.

Please retain all packaging in the case of damage in transit. This is needed for insurance claims which are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Our preferred option is collection from our showroom, for a safer journey to your home at no extra cost.

Paintings are sent unframed and rolled up in a strong cardboard tube.

Carefully packaged delivery

Depending on where you are ordering from, we will handle your order accordingly:



In the UK we use Royal Mail Special Delivery, an insured trackable service. 

The shipping rate is calculated at checkout and applied for each piece based on their dimensions and weight. We may be able to package larger orders together, in which case we refund the difference upon sending.



We tend to use UPS for international deliveries, one of few couriers to offer an insured, trackable service for the delivery of ceramics.


Due to previous experience of inflated international postage costs, we now only ship outside of the UK by enquiry only. Please contact us here or by email to enquire, with the following details:

Name of model(s), your name, address, email address, telephone number, preferred date for delivery (please note this date needs to be at least 5 business days in advance of the enquiry).


Once we have received a postage quote from UPS, an invoice will be sent to the email address provided in the enquiry. This invoice will include the total cost of the model, estimated postage including a handling fee for packaging of the model. This invoice will be valid for 48hrs from the time it is sent.


Should the purchaser be satisfied with the estimate, we will arrange delivery once payment of the invoice is received. Following packing of the model, a final postage cost will be secured using the dimensions and weight of the packed model.


Where there are discrepancies between the estimated postage cost and final postage cost, excess postage costs paid by the customer will be refunded via the original payment method. This includes costs saved by packaging larger orders together.


Unless there is an exceptional increase in the final postage cost, beyond the initial estimate, we endeavour not to charge the customer additional costs for postage. See our terms and conditions for further information.

The purchaser is responsible for any local taxes or import duties which may occur.
